Conference Information
Participants are welcome to bring their laptops with them to the Moot. Free wireless Internet access will be available in all of the meeting rooms. Dress is casual, and you might want to bring a sweater since rooms can sometimes be cold.
Interested participants may also choose to bring their own linux compatible server to the conference and install Moodle on it during an optional Wednesday afternoon session. The session will run from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is included with your conference registration.

Registration
On Wednesday morning, please pick up your program and registration credentials at the registration desk located outside of the Meacham meeting room. Registration will open at 7:30 a.m., and a continental breakfast will be available for all participants.
Driving Directions

From DFW Airport: Take the airport exit south to 183 W, which will merge into loop 820 W; left lane exit I-35 W south, take Meacham Blvd exit, turn right at light. Hotel is on your left.

From Downtown: Take I-35 W north; exit Meacham Blvd and turn left on the light passing the underpass. Hotel is on your left.

From Denton: Take I-35 W south; immediately after the 820 look intersection, take Meacham Blvd exit, turn right at light. Hotel is on your left.

From West Fort Worth: Take loop 820 east and exit I-35 W south; take Meacham Blvd exit, turn right at light. Hotel is on your left.

Transportation from the Airport
The Radisson is approximately 30 miles/20-minutes from DFW Airport and 50 miles/40-minutes from Love Field Airport. It is recommended that you use Super Shuttle for transportation to and from the airport. You may contact them at www.supershuttle.com or 1-800-BLUEVAN. It will be $26 from DFW or $55 from Love Field.
Dining
A light breakfast, including an assortment of breads, muffins, Danish, and croissants, will be provided each day, along with coffee, soft drinks, and assorted beverages throughout the day in the main meeting room. If desired, a full breakfast menu is available in the onsite restaurant, The Main Street Café, at your own expense beginning at 6:00 a.m. daily.
On Wednesday afternoon, we will provide a fiesta-themed pick-me-up with salsa, queso, guacamole, southwestern eggrolls, and more for your enjoyment.
You will be on your own for lunch and dinner. There are several options for dining:

Each day, the Radisson offers a full lunch buffet in their restaurant for $6.95, not including beverage purchase. You may also order from the a la carte menu. The restaurant is open daily 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Within walking distance of the hotel, there is a Subway, McDonalds, and Cracker Barrel.

In driving distance, but less than 3 miles, you can find Western Center Blvd. which has a variety of dining options including Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Chili’s, Salt Grass Steakhouse, On the Border Mexican Grill, Denny’s, Joe’s Crab Shack, and more.
