Been working with Moodle 2.0.2 MNetting + HUBS - an interest that holds great potential for ALL ISD's in the State of Texas (IMHO).
So try this …
Go to: http://moodle.tcea.org/moodle2/moodle/
*** You don't have to login or acquire an account at this site. ***
In the "Find" pick list, set it to 'courses I can download' (what you'll find BTW, is for version 2.0.2 of Moodle.)
Then click the 'Search for Courses" button.
If it appears nothing happened (screen refreshes but nothing appears to have changed), SCROLL DOWN.
SURPRISE!
As more and more are developed and shared one could sign up for the RSS feed:
http://moodle.tcea.org/moodle2/moodle/rss/file.php/2/3f37c12df7a1f85d54d5124df98c5326/local_hub/1/all/all/all/all/en/0/newest/rss.xml
Do the SAME thing only this time in the 'Find' pick list, leave it for default 'courses I can enroll in'.
Then click the 'Search for Courses" button.
SCROLL DOWN again after screen re-fresh.
So … do we have any TRUE collaborators out there … or just talkers?
